The WetSuit® System is a collection of eco-friendly solutions that are applied throughout the building envelope to satisfy particular air/vapor barrier, waterproofing, and roofing requirements. Our seamless, fluid-applied membranes are all water-based, cold-applied, coal-tar-free, free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), Class A fire rated, and self-extinguishing.

The WetSuit® System includes

WetSuit® 1 Part

WetSuit® 1 PART is a versatile, water-based, self-leveling liquid membrane engineered for superior roofing, waterproofing, and air/vapor barrier applications. Formulated with a medium viscosity, it offers highly flexible application—easily sprayed, brushed, or rolled—and securely holds up to 80 mils wet thickness on vertical surfaces.

  • Optimal Substrates: Highly effective for roofing applications over standing seam metal, aged SPF, wood, and concrete.

  • System Flexibility: Performs excellently as a highly durable stand-alone membrane or as a counter-flashing companion to WetSuit® 2 PART systems.

  • Seamless Reinforcement: For enhanced structural integrity during the preparatory phase, Invisilink™ reinforcement fabric can be embedded directly into the wet membrane. This is ideal for treating existing seams and joints or engineering a fully reinforced membrane system.

WetSuit® 2 Part

The WetSuit® liquid membrane is a fully self-adhered, cold spray-applied, and self-flashing waterproofing system designed for virtually all above- and below-grade applications. Because it can be sprayed to any mil thickness in a single pass, it creates a truly custom, precise, and seamless membrane that offers unparalleled architectural freedom and ease of application.

WetSuit® Prime Mate

WetSuit® PRIME MATE is a premium, plasticizer-free, single-component, water-based acrylic primer. Engineered for versatile application via spray, brush, or roller, it creates the ideal foundation for subsequent applications of acrylic and 100% solids silicone coatings.

WetSuit® Undercover

WetSuit® UNDERCOVER is a water-based, self-leveling detailing membrane designed exclusively for use under or between other WetSuit® systems. Engineered with a medium viscosity, it provides tenacious adhesion to most substrates, making it an essential component for complex waterproofing preparation.

WetSuit® TROWEL is a high-viscosity, water-based coating engineered specifically as a robust roofing and waterproofing patch. Easily applied by trowel or brush, it is the ultimate preparation and repair tool for a wide variety of substrates, including EPDM, TPO, asphalt, wood, metal, concrete, and foam.

  • Leak Repair: Expertly seals leaky roof penetrations, ducting, flashings, cracks, joints, and tears.
